I was just thinking
in Episode 2 when Padme and anakin are travelling ( as civilians) to Naboo, while they are eating at that table old R2D2 is up at the counter trying to score extral food for them ( he gets caught ), did Padme and Anakin put him up to it??

Also-
Just after Anakin buries his mother on Tatooine he recieves the message from OB1 on Geonosis,He and Padme decide to go to Geonosis to help him AND THEY TAKE C3PO WITH THEM!!! They dont own C3PO! Owen Lars does! how the hell is he going to run the moisture vaporators without the help of droids?

It also begs the question ... Did Luke see his grandmothers grave in EP4?

Have you seen episode 1? Anakin created C-3PO so yes he is his.

not true, anakin made C3po for Shmi to help her out which theoretically means that since Shmi is owned by Watto then C3po is also owned by Watto which means that when Shmi was sold to work on Cleat Lars' farm he then automatically gained possession of 3PO as well.

Until ani and padme stole him of course.

Then by your thinking Watto didnt come out with anything for anakins win of the boonta eve classic. If Anakin won he would be free, and Watto would gain his Pod Racer. If whatever Shmi and Anakin owned was automatically Wattos, then he could have just taken the Pod Racer rather then having to make a deal for it.

no, if you remember Qui Gon tells Watto he has " acquired a pod racer" therefore Watto was under the impression that it was Qui Gons Pod racer and not Anakins and therefore could not own it.
