Speaking only of canon, clearly Anikan, at some point in his 40s after being a forced to be feared throughout the "Galaxy," finally fulfills his prophecy, kill both the sith lord and apprentice - himself - in one blow - whiping out of the sith.
But the prophecy was to bring BALANCE TO THE FORCE, not DESTROY THE SITH. Am I missing something here? Doesn't leaving Luke Skywalker the only remaining Jedi (canon) and no sith leaves things HUGELY scewed in the direction of the light side of the force?
Discuss, please. Did GL "automagically" change the prophecy from episodes 1-2 and 3-6? Help me out.
