Also This version of The High Evolutionary is the one who had near limitless psionic powers.

H.E is more of a prep time character.

He would more than likely get owned in a drop in conflict.
Give him a day of prep and he can handle anything.

Does anyone know how He did when He went against Galactus?

FF 175...HE goes down hard.

Actually he did pretty well.Galactus only won BFR him to the negative zone,and it was stated that HE blasts could devolve him.The problem with the HE is that his powers,abilities and even intellectual capabilities fluctuate very much according to the effects of isotope E,from Godlike to apelike and everything in between.Higher incarnations are above heralds.Lower can be beaten by quicksilver.

Should be vs. "herald and ex-heralds of Galactus" since he only has one at a time. Or is "herald" a title that sticks after your leave office like "president?"
