Pheromons wouldnt work thansks to the new costume.

Spidey is superior in strength,speed,durability etc.

Her Venom blasts wont do much damage by the way he would
dodge it easily.

So powerwise Spidey has the advantage.

But unfortunaltely Jessica is the better fighter.
(Shield training, Hydra, etc)
And spidey fights like a dumbass.

Still Spidey wins the majority.

Her pheromones don't work when the opponent knows about them, they didn't affect Cap when she couldn't stop using them on him in New Avengers.

And she isn't powerful enough to beat Parker in a straight up fght anyway.

No, it didn't say they didn't affect Cap, it just said that he was able to be unaffected

But she can make some wins thanks to her training and fighting experience.

This won't be a curbstop but Spider-Man wins. He knows about her phermones so even if his new costume doesn't block them at least he'll expect them. He's stronger, faster, more agile, has his webs plus his spider-sense to help him dodge her venom blasts. She can fly and thats an advantage, plus she's a better fighter is is fast enough to land some hits and strong enough to make them hurt. He does have more experience than her and that will be a plus. Good match up but Spider-Man ftw

The original almost always beats the tribute in a comic fight. The fact that Spidey's legitimately more powerful just adds to this.
