No because Krypton does not exist in the Marvel Universe. Who's to say the Physics of the Marvel Universe even allow Kryptonite, they don't allow the speed force

Anyway,Red Sun radiation exists even in the MU

but she wouldn't know about red sun either. CM could hurt supes, but that's about it. CM is tough to put out though. usually she only loses after she gets exhausted and reverts to human form. she would exhaust herself after fighting supes for a while and she'd be finished.

She was testing for weaknesses on the Damocles ship during the Kang Dynasty story arc, so she I think she does have capabilities. But still, I'm giving Superman the advantage. Photon has been overwhelmed strictly by strength alone before.
