It says I need my sig to be less then 150 in height,can some one help me down size this picture to where I can put it in my sig?

^ the pic I want to downsize to fit in my siggy.

If you downsize that and keep the whole picture, it is going to be very very tiny. If you want, I can crop it, say to show the baby's face, and then downsize so it fits.
