In my honest opinion, this is kinda like Thor vs Wonder Woman.

Thor has divine magic. A couple good blasts from Mjolnir, and Superman's on the ropes, if not out of the fight completely.

Wonder Woman could just lasso Hulk, calm him down, and then she's fighting Bruce Banner.

Thor vs Wonder Woman is a good fight, though I believe Thor has the upper hand.

i think supes could weaken thor A LOT...its close(personaly i think supes can win if he doesnt hold back) but watever....then WW considering she has just fought Bruce Banner...can trash a weak Thor..
