Fight in gotham city. Who wins this 3 way brawl?

Even after MvsDC i still think a fight between capA and Bats could go either way even if the averages favor Cap.Black Panther may not be able to beat either one of them but hes no chump and could really skewer this fight

I say whoever BP decides to hit first loses and then the other character wins nearly out of gas
