Battle takes place in Metropolis. Team Doom has two weeks of prep due to the large numbers on the JLA/JSA side.. Doom has full knowledge of the JLA/JSA members. The JLA & JSA have know idea about the planned assault. Doom plans to attack them at a charity event at one of Metropolis's huge parks.

Doom's team is severely outnumbered, but with the powerhouses on Doom's team, and the two weeks of prep, the JLA/JSA are the underdogs.

Well, If its Blood-ties Exodus, he and Strange could do it alone. Although if they decided to sit back and see how the others do, the powerhouses of the Marvel teams goes down.

Captain Marvel, Zatanna and MM would put up the best fights, but they get overwhelmed eventually.

Dr.Doom is what people sometimes mistake Batman for,Give all that prep time combined with Dr.Strange on his team should be enough and Everyone else is actually unneccasary

This also happens because of the weaknesses of some of these heroes.Alen Scott is monsterously powerful for instance but something as simple as a baseball can take him out with his Wood weakness.Im sure everyone wont be taken down all "Tower of babel" style easy but given Doom/Stranges ability and without Dr.Fate to counter team Doom should win

EvilCap...Alan's wood weakness is gone. But you're right, he is monstrously powerful. The JSA consider him their "big gun".

Doom and Strange with that kind of prep is rough though...team Doom wins.
