Can the duo take down one the most powerful summons in FF?

Either one can put Bahamut to waste.

FF7 summons are so weak ass. You can kill all of them, (including Minerva) with regular sword strikes to the foot.

LOL yeah, just like most final bosses. Funny how in my Mass Effect Universe vs All Final Fantasy universes except for 13 (explained) thread, this guy claimed that the bosses could solo Mass Effect...

Krotos sits back and Dante destroys the dragon.

Bahamut isn't a boss... and that only applies to the final bosses.

Either could solo.

either of them could rip apart Bahamut with their bare hands and with complete ease too.

^To be fair, there're at least half a dozen or so different Bahamuts in the FFVII compilation as of Crisis Core.

I'm sure the OP was regarding the normal basic Bahamut of course, but you know.

Regardless, Bahamut ends up in burnt pieces.

Bahamut vs Dante OR Kratos is like pitting the power rangers megazord against a gundam. Just doesn't work....Dante could and has beat things bigger and stronger than bahamut. So has Kratos. nuff said

Anyway, yeah, Sin Bahamut, or the one who shoots a beam from outer space is the strongest one I bet, but the problem is it doesn't have much of a brain, and Dante alone can fight in outer space at least with his Devil Trigger mode. He alone wins.

Spite. Zack as a 2nd class SOLDIER took down Bahamut, and either of these two is leaps and bounds above 2nd class Zack.
