Okay, i realize that the Thing has nochance against Darkseid in a fight. But hand-to-hand, id say its a different story. This is a brawl, all they are allowed to do is striking attacks, nothing else!

Thing is just 1/4 of a team and has class 85 strength. It would be a better match for DS to take on all 4 F4 members

Darkseid, also only in hand-to-hand combat. It would be better to give Apocalypse Vs. Darkseid in hand-to-hand than Thing.

Darkseid has bested Superman.

Superman could let Thing punch him all day long and the only result would be Thing's broken fists...

Against Darkseid, Thing is letting himself in for a world of hurt...
