King Thor has the power to win. Odins beaten Tahnos before, however if Thanos has prep time then maybe he has a chance

Thanos wins. Sure, King Thor has all of Odin's powers, but he doesnt fully know how to use all that power yet. Plus, hes not nearly as wise as Odin was.
