Tell me which style befits any Jedi or Sith.

Jar'kai uses lightsabers...Teras Kasi doesn't.

I say Teras Kasi. Hardly any lightsaber users would be familiar with the style, so if used along with another of the lightsaber forms, it would make the user a pretty unorthodox fighter, that not many people would be too adept at defending against. It's what gave Maul his edge.

Well, any Jar'kai user can kill a Teras Kasi user obviously, i mean, body against lightsaber? lol I think that we shouldn't compare 2 styles with different objectives ( Jar'kai is a lightsaber technique, Teras Kasi is a martial art that can be used with another lightsaber technique).

The thread creator isn't asking who would win if a warrior utilising Teras Kasi were to face a warrior utilising Jar'kai, he's asking which one is more beneficial to a jedi. The way I see it, all jedi are at least somewhat proficient with Shi-Cho for a single saber, and usually another form for said saber, so knowing Jar'kai would be pretty useless, it doesn't complement their form, it could only ever be used as a replacement, which is nice and all, but still pretty much unnecessary. A martial art like Teras Kasi however would complement a jedi's actual saber form, as can be seen with Maul and Anoon Bondara, and would make the wielder highly more unorthodox and dangerous. People who said Jar'kai clearly didn't put too much thought into their decision.

In combat against non force-sensitives, two lightsabers is kind of overkill. In combat against another Jedi or Sith, Teras Kasi is a lot less known, and, would probably give more of an edge against most lightsaber wielders. Unless, maybe, it was an inexperienced Makashi user or something.

I agree

Why would Teras Kasi be an unknown to a Jedi, aren't all Jedi thought in hand-to hand combat in some degree and isn't Teras Kasi known in the universe by everyone as a lethal form without weapons.

LORDSIDIOUS01
I think so

Not unknown, more along the lines of completely unexpected. It would give you an edge because no one has any training on how to defeat you.
