Okay, this probably won't work but the idea's been tumbling around in the chaos of my brain for months so I'm gonna finally just make it and see what happens.

Naraku (transported to the Ninja World by whatever) was the monster that attacked Konoha all those years ago. Minato/The 4th sealed Naraku away in his son Naruto with the Death God thing.

(yes storywise this makes no sense. Naraku wasn't there to fight The First and he doesn't have nine of anything)

So instead of tapping into the Kyuubi's chakra, he can tap into Naraku's powers. For instance when he turns into "Kyuubified Naruto" against Haku, he'd be Narakufied Naruto and gain perhaps Naraku's miasma power (which is pretty potent).

And it goes on. You can decide which of Naraku's powers he gets for his other transformations.

How does this effect the young would-be Hokaga's adventures and battles? What happens to the Ninja World as a whole?

Naruto with the ability to regenerate from anything like that would make him Wolverine

Naruto would have total regeneration capabilities, his element would be poison I guess, he would be able to shapeshift his form, and do a bunch of shit.

Doesnt Kyuubi Naruto already have regeneration? He regenerated fast after getting a Chidori right through him

Kyuubi's regeneration doesn't have shit on Naraku's.

If it is post-Hakurei Naraku, his regeneration is comparable to Alucard's.

I've read a fanfiction on this. Naruto pretty much becomes the Harbinger of Death.

Naraku's regen is nigh-infinite. Naruto's burns up his cells and shortens his life-span. Naraku would be practically immortal in the naruto verse.

Also, I do not believe there is an equivalent to 'holy' in the naruto verse. Which means no miko-empowered arrows to disperse his miasma or body. No priests is a problem.
