Assuming each side is totally devoted to killing the other, I'm with Team 2. Mace's Vapaad could turn Anakin around, leaving Dooku to die by Yoda's hand. Mace soon follows.

Or Dooku could die by Anakin's hand leaving Mace to die at Yoda's.
