I think they can at least get by the first 3 rounds. I think the 4th round is the most powerful, so if they can get by that, they should be able to blow through Caedus and Bane and maybe the Dark Empire Sidious and LOTF Luke.

They lose at 4 probably, but if they win the won't beat 5.

They obviously die horribly at 6, but I think they definitely have a good shot at 5. By the end of NJO, Luke has already used telekinesis to flatten an AT-AT, rebuild and tear down a castle, and play tug-of-war with a black hole. It's difficult to compare him to his later incarnation, but I think he's beyond Caedus in power even by this point, although he'll still have one hell of a time in a duel.
