Without the self-destruction PIS, if he was able to contain more Orochi power, Omega Rugal would win.

If you did not know that Goenitz is the one who gave Rugal his powers, well now you do. Goenitz simply destroys the guy.

While Rugal's soloing the '95 cast feat sounds more impressive than Goenitz destroying a stadium, he can't fully utilize the Orochi power given to him so Goenitz takes this.

If it's because of the soloing feat I mentioned, I've seen it stated by a lot of other KOF fans.

Which is hyperbole at best, it's his best feat, and he was going all out against Kyo and Iori, and losing, without ripping the place to shreds.

I know that it was just a glimpse Goenitz used. I wasn't denying anything. Just said that it sounded more impressive in how Rugal utilized his power.

i did know that but i would like to know what if Omega rugal was able to control his Orochi power given by Goenitz? would he be able to kick Goenitz ass?
