Background: Well since Supreme stopped making his tournament and once again disappeared, I decided to make my own.
The tournament will be a "All Sith" tournament, with the overall winner being crowned KMC's Most Powerful Sith Lord of 2014.
The Battle: Darth Vader as of Return of the Jedi versus Darth Malgus as of The Old Republic
Statistics: 5 meter distance; contestants blood-lusted.
Outcome: The most votes or the best argument for a character wins and goes onto the next stage.
The loser will be placed in the loser bracket. The winner of the loser bracket can go into the championship.

Malgus, imo. Vader is incredibly powerful but I feel that Malgus matches him in power and has the edge in swordsmanship and with his lightning. I'd put them on the same tier though, since Vader has some truly incredible feats like shaking entire huge buildings with his rage and shorting out lightsabers with just the Force.

Vader in a good fight IMO. His technical skill outstrips Malgus, and though they're pretty close, Vader's raw power and application of the Force in combat is better than Malgus's. Their feats of speed, durability, and strength are around the same level, and I simply don't think Malgus's lightning will be enough to win him the fight, really.

Im going with Malgus(trust me I love vader to death) he's shown us how powerful/skilled he by defeating Ven Zallow, surviving the huge mountain top Shan dropped on him, defeating Kao Cen Darach, who lets be honest was a pretty formidable duelist, And then there's his being able to channel force based attacks into his strikes(as seen during the Deceived trailer) and there's Vader susceptibility to lightning(as shown when Galen(TFU2) shocked him on Kamino, which is a weakness that Malgus could easily exploit, so Malgus in a good fight. His aggressiveness, raw power and mastery over force and dueling combat get my vote over Vader(sorry)
Lord Stark
Gonna go with Malgus on this one. Although Vader outstrips him in raw force power, Malgus' superior speed and mobility as well as fairly powerful lightning will give Vader hell.
NewGuy01
But Vader's speed feats are better than Malgus's.
Also, if Vader can tank Galen's lightning while barely breaking his stride, how would Malgus's lightning completely derail Vader when he has both the TK advantage and arguably the skill advantage as well?

Agreed. I might say Vader is more powerful in his connection to the Force and likely is the superior TK wielder, but I'm certain Malgus is the better swordfighter. I'm going to go with Malgus after a hard fought duel.
carthage
Vader with high difficulty.

I don't recall any that are. You said that Vader's done way better than blitzing multiple Sith Warriors but all I can recall is him blitzing some wounded Agricultural Corps Jedi in RoDV.
Vader didn't tank Galens lightning without breaking stride. Also Malgus's lightning is more devastating than Galens. His is powerful, but Malgus' has burned through a torso even while being partially blocked with a lightsaber. Its more intense than Mareks.

Call me the minority, but I actually think Vader's armor helps him tank lightning considerably.

Vader has some good swordfighting feats but I'm more impressed with Malgus' bladework. He was taking out top-tier Jedi whereas Vader was handling what was left of the Order.
Now Vader has a good argument of being the better Force user, however.

Mind you, that still involves taking on some fairly top Jedi. Shaak Ti, Cin Drallig, Dark Woman, a *group* of masters at the conclave at kessel....
Darth Martin
I was referring strictly to suit Vader. Besides, Drallig may be technically skilled but he has no power feats to speak of to my knowledge.
He might be a great trainer but nowhere near the actual professional fighter. We don't know. All we have to go off of is his quick defeat at the hands of pre-suit Vader, his title as Battlemaster, and a qoute from Dooku while instructing Grievous.
If the group you speak of is the "8 Jedi" feat then that very good. But those weren't close to being top-tier Jedi. You get the sense that Zallow was the strongest Jedi in the Temple at the time guarding it. Darach's one showing speaks for itself. And Shan would eventually go on to become Grandmaster of the Order. Extremely impressive as all three were very capable duelist(Darach being unreal) and considerably strong in the Force(Satele being unreal).
Also, when did Vader fight Shaak Ti? TFU has her surviving the Purge, ROTS cutscene has Grievous killing her, and I believe the novelization of ROTS has pre-suit Vader killing her while she's meditating during Operation: Knightfall.

Yea, true.
Both Tsui and Bultar seemed quite formidable. The others less so, but heck, more masters. Multiple masters at the same time is rarely going to be easy, and there were so many of them.
In the battle of Kashyyyk, he also took down multiple Jedi even easier (less famous ones, granted).
TFU's databanks say that during Operation: Knightfall, they clashed but Shaak Ti was able to use an illusion on him and escaped.
So not onscreen, but canon.

I've looked through the TFU data banks awhile back and never saw that mentioned anywhere. Seems to just be another made up fact on the Wook.
