Fight takes place on light side felucia

Who wins who dies?

Should be a good fight, but I'd put my money on Kuro. Giving Vader a good fight with a less responsive environment impresses me more than Ti giving Starkiller a good fight.

If the dark woman was kore powerful she would be on the council and shaak ti would not

Anyway Shaak Ti wins this in a not so close match due to it being on Felucia. On neutral ground TFU Shaak is roughly on par with Kuro; arguably superior.

The terrain does put it in Shaak's court.

The Dark Woman was in a self imposed exile before the Clone Wars, and was a spy during the Clone Wars. She couldn't have realistically been on the Council during either of those events.
