Clears might have difficulty with the boss, but she can send her flying with her force abilities.

She can still defeat Raskta

I doubt it.

It doesn't specify whether she's amped or unamped, Raskta is featless unamped and with her amp she is still less skilled. Ti has dodged blaster bolts, moved her saber fast enough to form a shield, and fought in a blur- she is faster than unamped Raskta and even amped Ti is more skilled in fighting evenly/holding the upperhand to Starkiller, defeating multiple magnaguards, and surviving an encounter with Young Vader.

Raskta's feats fall short

I have limited knowledge on Raskta and don't care enough to debate tbh. I just think it might be harder than you make it seem so because her specialty is dueling and she is no fodder.

I never said she was fodder. She is the best duelist from her era, she just doesn't have feats that show her superiority over Ti

Depa hasnt got much other than victimizing a Windu that was half dead and disinterested in fighting him.

Clears, she is under-rated yet her hybrid form is one of the best choices from a Jedi High Council member we have seen. Her Force powers are also some of the best we've seen so far from any JHC member bar the big three.
