Luke Skywalker (FotJ) vs Darth Bane (RoT), Darth Zannah (DoE), Kas'im (PoD), & Darth Cognus (DoE).

Round 1.) Luke Skywalker wants them alive yet incapacitated.
Round 2.) Luke Skywalker is enraged and wants them killed.

Strike Team. And enraged Luke is tough to estimate though.

Team.

Luke wins round 2.

1. Team wins solidly probably.
2. Luke utterly plows over everyone.

Luke takes both rounds. Kas'm, Zannah, Cognus, can't react to his speed, or he can ragdoll them or blitz them immediately.

ROFLAMO you don't know what you're talking about.

Kopecz is so fast that, in PoD, he takes out an entire squad of ready soldiers with his lightsaber, and only one of them can fire off more than a single shot. This is despite running into them in a hallway, .ie he had no element of surprise and had to cover plenty of distance. He is clearly hypersonic-level speeds, given that blaster rifles appear to be semi-auto.

Luke, meanwhile, obviously isn't that fast, or else he could've blitzed Lumiya. Lumiya must be weaker than Yoda, because she's weaker than Vader (or else she would've been Palpatine's apprentice) and Vader is far below Palpatine who is slightly above or equal to Yoda. But we see Yoda facing clone troopers in RotS; they get in dozens of shots before he takes them down. So he's far inferior to Kopecz.

Yet, Kaan himself says that Kas'im is the best swordsman on Ruusan, and Bane says Kas'im is the greatest of all time. So Kas'im > Kopecz >>>>>>>>> Yoda, and Luke is not so far above Yoda because he took a long time to defeat Lumiya.

Meanwhile, DoE Bane >>> Kas'im (obviously).

Anyone on the strike team could take out Luke's entire order with hypersonic speeds.

Luke can react in a nanosecond.

Doesn't mean he can move that fast, and it's also clearly hyperbole. The Kopecz quote is far too specific to be hyperbole, and it's not even inconsistent with what we see among the rest of the God-Tier Kaan era Sith - Bane deflects a rainstorm, which is stupidly fast if you go outside and observe how quickly and densely rain falls.

Also if Luke could react in nanoseconds, why was he tagged by a rancor in FotJ: Backlash?

Probably the same reason why Bane got his ass kicked by an assassin and some guards in DoE.

Bane was weakened by doing drugs. If Bane was at full power he'd blitz them with his raindrop catching speed

Nonsense. We've seen rancors in plenty of source material, and we know that they ought be constrained by certain physical limitations as flesh creatures. But guards and assassins with unknown caliber space-age technology can vary far more in their abilities than animals only alterable by slow darwinian processes and maybe some selective breeding.
