Anakin has a really fragile mind. In JQ The Final Showdown. He is easily affected by the Illusions of Dooku on Korriban. Not to mention he's a walking mental nutcase. The death of Darra Thanis and his entire baggage just screws him over.

If Zannah gets a chance to use it, Anakin's got a weak mind. That won't save Zannah in Sabers, though. Might not save her in all out either, as Anakin will relentlessly hack away her. And she's no Obi Wan, she can't fend him off.

Anakin crushes her.

Also lmao @ him being killed only by her sorcery, she had to gather power to use her spells. He'd pound her into nothing before she could.

Yeah, she totally has to prepare to use sorcery, except for the 3 or 4 times she didn't need a second of it.

Zannah can attack Anakin's mind at a whim.

Zannah is better than Obi-Wan. And her style is much better suited to fighting Anakin than him, since she can nullify his strength by simply redirecting all his strikes harmlessly. Relentlessly hacking away will only frustrate him.

...Not a chance. Obi Wan>Zannah. Unlike Anakin, he's got a pretty strong mind, and the Soresu duel would go his way.

Zannah is much more powerful than him. She'd ragdoll him straight up. I also highly doubt that he'd resist her sorcery. Bane's mind is leagues stronger than Kenobi's. He laughed off Kaan's mental influence, who in turn was controlling the Brotherhood leadership telepathically. Yet Zannah brought him to his knee's. He has numerous other showings that prove him immensely powerful willpower. No-one except Revan really exceeds him in that. And nothing Kenobi can bring would challenge her overmuch in sabers. It'd be simplistic for her to disengage and Force pwn him.

Even if by some chance Kenobi did resist it'd likely buy Zannah time to strike him down before he recovers.

Kenobi resists because he doesn't have any mental issues for her to attack. He's a pretty stable, mentally healthy guy. Even Bane had issues. Lots of issues.

Her sorcery doesn't need an trauma to exploit though. It can rip minds apart without that.

Maul gutting Satine in front of him would be fun for Zannah.

That Maul can frequently put Obi-Wan into a frothing rage kind of indicates that he's not THAT mentally stable.
