Round 1: Sabers

Round 2: Force

Round 3: Anything Goes

These two are about the same tier and on par with each other. Lets say this takes place on a Kamino landing platform when it sunny out. lol

Physical Edge: Maul. He's spent his lifetime training himself for beastmode and can take more punishment than Luke due to being a Zabrake.

Force Abilities: N/A. Asides from force chocking Jabbs's Palace gaurds, Luke has never been shown using combative force abilities. While I would say Maul is a more skilled force wielder, he prefers a purely physical victory. I think the end of the fight would come down to dueling.

Dueling: ??? Open for debate but my insides telling me Maul.

Weapons: ??? Also up for debate.

Darth Maul. Faster, stronger, a more skilled duelist, a more powerful combative Force user, and more experienced in general.

Oh thank you that reminds me, I meant to have it be TPM Maul.

Maul still wins, tbh.

I guess everyone just kind of forgets that he threw Kenobi down a shaft with telekinesis, lol.

Well Kenobi sorta got a rage amp and was drawing Maul back. I don't think theres much ROTJ Luke could do against Maul. In terms of force abilities.

I'm unsure of where I rate ROTJ Luke, but I'm leaning Luke.

Split probably.

Maul.

Either way.

Luke takes sabers in a good fight, Maul takes Force, unsure about all out.

As an interesting point:

IF ROTJ Luke isn't quite enough, where does the balance start tipping?

DE Luke is clearly overkill.

So if ROTJ Luke is 4 ABY
and DE Luke is 10 ABY...

6? 7? 8? 9 is probably overkill, as that's Last Command Luke.

Lol @Thrawn Luke overkill for Maul, tbh.

That's only a year before DE, and Luke's thing is that he jumps leaps and bounds rather drastically.

But Thrawn Luke should take this, certainly.

Maul wins, and its not really a close fight.

How would it not be a close fight? Maul is more prepared to kill somebody like Luke, who has more inherent talent with a blade but not nearly as much combative experience. Regardless, his skill feats rival Maul's, and his physical traits are more or less a rival for Maul's - his strength supposedly matched Vader's, which is beyond any strength feat Maul has (though he does come closer than most would suggest). His speed feats in the Rebellion era are best in SoM, I believe, but even at this point of time, he is close enough to Maul in speed for it to not be of drastic difference to the outcome of the fight.
