Does anyone here has and play MUGEN?

For those who doesn't know what MUGEN is. It's an customizable fighting game engine, that you create or put your own characters, stages and musics to your own fighting game.

Tzeentch
I was into it years ago, but overtime lost interest. Thanks for the reminder, heh.

It's broken as hell so not really all that great of a true fighter, but it makes a great hobby; collecting all the characters and the rare characters and stuff.

I kind of wonder if it's changed at all, what with the improved technology. I remember hi-res Mugen was just coming out when I started losing interest.

I'm in the same boat as Tzeentch. I played it all the time as a kid, but eventually fell out of it. Fun game, and the player base did a good job making great versions of characters

If one day they release a 3d version of MUGEN. What do you think of that?

The beauty of that game was that you could customize everything, from the characters, to their stats, to the maps, and the music playing in the background. If you had the software and learned how to use it, you could customize every aspect which is what made it so awesome.

Without that, its pointless.

Lol I remember I used to make Spidey overpowered as chit and just slaughter NPCs left and right. Good times with that game.

Sephiroth's best version is 3D.
