Nihl held his own against Cade, while Shaak struggles with Magnaguards and dies to a Pre-prime Galen. She's not as skilled as he is, and Talon could give her a run in sabers as well.
Jinn dying to Maul isn't superior to Talon beating Shado Vao/Wolf Sazen, constantly pressing Cade in duels, and even matching blades with Nihl. She's at least in Jinn's level of skill, and is more importantly more powerful than Jinn in the force. Either can kill Shaak in a duel

When pushed, she did well against, like, 20 magnaguards ^^;

And Cade's skill feats? Otherwise I'm not seeing why that's more impressive then contending with dozens of magnaguards. What did Talon do?
And what are these Shado Vao and Wolf Sazen's own skill feats?
What are Talon's force feats?

The most impressive is probably his straight-up outdueling of Nihl. He's killed tons of sith, as well as a number of the cyborg-enhanced Sith Troopers (unlike TOR Sith Troopers, Legacy ones mean 'Super Sith with high force power, who don't get tired, have built in weapons, and have been observed inflicting casualties against Jedi Masters'), beat Shado in sparing, and he's one of two people in the series to be able to fight with Darth Krayt for any period at time (Krayt at a prior point, slaughtered 4 masters at once in an utter stomp).
One of their early appearances, they and two other Jedi, a Master and a Knight, were attacked by 5 sith. The sith dispatched the other duo, but were in turn taken down with little effort by these two like it wasn't even a thing.
Sazen killed high-ranking Sith Darth Azard (who in turn stalemated an Imperial Knight Master, Tries Sinde), mutual killed with Sith Fist Darth Stryfe, and held off Darth Nihl the second time they fought.
Vao stalemated Darth Maladi (one of Krayt's inner circle, had to extensively use force powers to hold him off), clashed with Talon on fairly even terms, and briefly clashed with Ganner Krieg (one of the more badass and senior Imperial Knights), who openly respects Shado's skills a lot despite being of rival factions.
Both have killed loads of unnamed sith, usually multiple at a time. Both have a couple Sith Trooper kills on their tally too.
Most of the major Legacy duelists have fought one or more people who're in a web of badass-masters-who've-mostly-fought-each-other. And scattered around this web are piles of lesser sith and jedi- some named, many not.
Her best one power-wise was ripping a bunch of stone out of the floor of the Sith Temple, an amount taller than Cade and wider than tall, easily several hundred tons of solid stone, plus however much force it took to actually break it out of the floor, which'd be harder than just lifting it.
The incident Carthage is referring to is one of the times she fought the Jedi, she blasted Sazen with lightning and force-pushed Vao into a wall at the same time, taking out both of them. She can't pull that off consistently- next time they fought Vao on his own held her off, but still, even if it was them not expecting it, quite impressive.
Talon can hide herself in the force, and was able to use her powers to read the mind of a defeated master force user, too.
Darth Talon is a very talented sith, but has somewhat uneven results (one time she takes out Vao and Sazen quick, next stalemated by Vao. Sometimes she holds off Cade, even late in the series, other time he manages to blow her away), possibly due to her being fairly young and still gaining experience. I find her talents seem to serve her best either when on defensive or when ambushing, but she likes to push the offensive, which has bit her vs Cade.

Did he stalemate Krayt or simply held out for a time? Also was this feat with Krayt done before or after his fight with Nihl?
I understand it just gets a little complicated considering you can't judge the skill of an era without a baseline otherwise you're just wanking certain characters that have defeated certain other characters that in turn lost or stalemated to other characters. I'm going to assume the two of them defeating 5 Sith is their best feat.
Did Talon beat both Wolf and Shado in a duel at the same time or both of them separately?
Calculation for it being several hundred tons? ( Sounds impressive nonetheless )
Sounds like a good feat. What are their own force feats?
Wait she stalemated Sazen? I thought she beat them. Or did she stalemate and beat him on 2 separate occasions?

After, and he held out for a fairly long time, but Krayt eventually beat him with Dark Transfer (which is an 'I stick my hand on you and I win' power).
How long Cade and Krayt fought is hard to say, as the comic cut scenes when they're dueling, and cut back showing the duel had moved locations.
All skill rankings are ultimately based on wins/stalemates/etc. of other characters. Once you have enough examples, that forms a baseline in itself.
Though I will note the Legacy era benefits from crossovers with other eras- young-Krayt, as A'Sharad Hett, was a, "This guy is really dangerous," level duelist to a post-ROTS Obi-Wan Kenobi. Somewhat older Krayt broke free from a Vong ship, fought the crew, and escaped/blew up the ship, unarmed, solo.
Best vs no-name feat, yes. Especially as two of those five sith had just killed a master and apprentice, and they acted like beating all five wasn't hard. The two fought side-by-side a lot, so made a good duo.
I consider Sazen's defeat of Azard, or the other duels with big names, more impressive than that.
I will mention Antares Draco, who's a rough peer of the two, maybe a bit stronger, took down 7 sith dogpiling him, after having just killed 3 sith shortly before. Draco was exhausted after all that, but hey, double-digit sith killcount in a single half hour period is pretty good (Vao was there too, killed 3 sith, but then left with most of the others while Draco stayed behind).
Here
It's her best performance, I'd say.
Well, completely eyeballed by me. It's marble floors (I think that's what the Temple on Coruscant is made of), pulled up about twice as high as Cade Skywalker in places, and this is what one ton of stone looks like.
Here's the feat.
Honestly not very much, they're both blade-focused and while capable of all the normal powers, usually focused on trying to outduel their foes.
Shado Vao does show nice force defense, though- He stalemated Darth Maladi, a sith sorceress who heavily used lightning in their fight.
Maladi was good enough at sorcery to use Memory Walk (she didn't use it against Vao, just mentioning it to show she's a skillful sorcerer).
On one occasion, in the scan above, she beat both of them, then Cade threw a ship at her.
Then, a bit later, after both sides recovered, Shado stalemated her and Sazen held off Nihl.
Honestly 80% of Shado Vao's role in the comic is to stalemate or briefly clash with other strong people, or handle no-names while Cade and Sazen fight named foes.
