Luke. He actually managed to tag a superior Vader to the one that outdueled Cin with one hand while choking out his students.

Luke wins. I take superior innate ability and achievements in comparison to the foe they're fighting over experience in teaching and technical skill.

Yeah but different scenario. Vader was testing Luke, not really trying to kill him.
