I'd say they are evenly matched in combat, with Vader having better TK but being unable to use lightning. That being said Vong Krayt has been shown to be severely taxed by fights due to his infestation/being near death, whereas Vader has the stamina to keep going forever.

So Vader takes this.

That's the trouble with TOTJ, so many Jedi like Arca Jeth, Nomi Sunrider, Odan Urr etc who aren't dedicated martial artists like Kun so he doesn't have a great deal of competition. Ulic is probably a Tier 2 duelist and Exar stalemated him before his crazy Trakata double-bladed saber so it is relatively safe to say he's tier 1. With Kun tho, too much assumption comes into play so I won't try and give an argument in his favour

Pretty much, Krayt gets weaker with time, while Vader doesn't really get tired even when he takes damage.
