Luke's got more raw aptitude. Revan's still more masterful at this point. Luke probably takes it, though.

Siding with Luke but could be persuaded. Interested in Ant's opinion

Revan has far more abilities and accolades at these respective points of their lives. I'd be hardpressed to take him in a lightsaber battle against this version of Luke who was already impressive enough to virtually stalemate DE Sidious. As far as the force is considered, Revan should overwhelm him.
