I'm going to need a little more than conjecture, and arbitrary scaling to put Tenebrous up there with the elites.

Banite scaling puts Tenebrous up there. But being more powerful than early Plagueis puts him above Vader yeah. Unless you think the gap between early Plagueis and Emperor Palpatine is vast, which I do not. Realistically there should be a level of parity between all the late Banite Sith bar DE Sheev.

TBH, I don't really have Vader all that far behind peak Plagueis.....

Tbh I agree with DC that Vader doesn't lag too far behind Plagueis. At least as a Force user. In speed he's probably outclassed bough. Tenebrous should be at least on Vader's level and probably above by a solid degree. Though again the gap in their Force abilities is much smaller then the gap in speed.

I don't have Vader all that far off from TPM Palpatine, either. He would win solidly because of his physicals, mainly - in the Force?
