Dooku and Windu have a shot - Anakin is where they stop definietly.

Kenobi was basically winning when they fought (in sabers anyway) until maul unleashed a desperation force push
Dooku would be strong enough to resist such a force effort
Dooku is always way ahead of kenobi in sabers

Savage was not at the same level when fighting me Kenobi as when fighting sidious. Maul ragdolled Kenobi later on too so he too changed; plus his new legs.
