I loved the Darth Bane trilogy, Revan was okay and Annhilation was also pretty decent. He gets too much hate. All of his stories are exciting and every ending is satisfying and unique.

Drew should stick to writing video-game scripts. He adopts that 'script' style in his stories. I hate it. It doesn't work that way. Just sayin'.

Even if he disregarded the comic depictions where Bane wielded a purple lightsabre and where, in his initial appearance, he didn't want to destroy Kaan's Brotherhood of Darkness from within, instead he just rebuilt a new Sith Order?

Path of Destruction was his best work. Generously saying that. And most of this is due to the fact that Bane was largely an unknown. Honestly, before the PoD, I thought he was just one of many Sith Lords in Kaan's army where he was indoctrinated from an early age, but saw their flaws and he refused to join the 'mind blown' because he knew Kaan's plan is stupid. And in his comic depictions he always looked like a brute who would use a lightsabre, not promoting 'cunning' as if the Rule of Two would demand the apprentice to fight the Master mano-y-mano(mandatory)

Heck, he even confused Vaapad with Juyo, and wrote Vaapad in that story. Later he said we should read it as 'Juyo'.
