Does Nyax get his amp? If so, the team in all likelihood. Otherwise it's tough to say how powerful baseline Nyax is.

Btw. I just wanted to see where the limit of Onimi's power is.

Team probably wins, but Onimi could pull it off because of how unnatural, unconventional, an insanely tricky are his abilities and the fact that any prolonged combat would be a huge problem for the team; the smallest hit taken by Onimi's toxins will force the team to divide the attention towards detoxifying, will eat their strength, and therefore open them to more punishment from Onimi.

However, I would grant team the majority.
