i would say 9, he's close enough to revan as it is, arcann should turn the tide, but at 8 i think prime Anakin packs enough kick to push through

Skywalker in his absolute non-Mortis peak clears. At just a "high performance" level he stops at 10.

If we take the scaling seriously that this Anakin is on Yoda's level while Exar Kun is far below SF Malak who is fodder next to RotS Palpatine, Yoda should beat 7 easily.

If I held Exar kun below SF Malak, then yes.
