They aren't mutually exclusive.

I'm surprised most of you are so sure of Savage.

Kas'im is by far and away the better lightsaber duelist.

In force? I think we have to compare the raw power of Darth Bane in comparison to Savage. While Savage has shown great telekinetic power, so has Bane (he can shatter bones with his force waves). Bane also has lightning that turns his enemies to ash, and Savage hasn't even display force lightning (and definitely not in that magnitude).

So in my mind Bane > Savage in force. If Bane's force powers didnt really play much of a role in his fight with Kas'im (aside from collapsing the temple, but that was more trickery), then it certainly wont help Savage in his fight with Kas'im.

Kas'im takes this handidly.
