Am I the only one who doesn't know this? I know that about ten years pass between Episode 1 and 2 but what about 2-3, 3-4 etc.

1-2: 10 years
2-3: 2 years
3-4: 20 years
4-5: 3 years
5-6: 1 year

This is true, it's in alot of the NJO books.

and yeah, it is in the NJO books--so look properly.
