I'm thinking the X-Men are screwed. In big cities, Hawksmoor is probably around herald level...not joking either. He can merge with the city, making it next-to-impossible for them to hurt him...then he can basically tell the whole city to attack them. If you think they could take out a sentient and pissed-off Manhattan, then they win. But I think Jack takes this easy.

You need to state a battlefield. In the worlds biggest city, hes a friggin beast, in a small city he'd probably be able to stalemate Spider Man for a minute or two. In NO city, it's not a fight, it's the X-men watching Hawksmoor curl up and die.
