hmm well Superman beat Doomsday 3 times and no GL has ever beat Doomsday, it took the Guardians to get him off of their home planet Oa, and even then he wasn't dead. If we are talking about the best Superman has ever been and best Hal has ever been it would be Superman w/Kismet vs Hal Jordan as Parallax, and i would say Hal might win if he was Parallax, in a regular 1 on 1 Superman would win, not easy though Hal would get in some good shots
