Can the second-rate-Thor take down Hercules now that Herc's had a huge power loss?

That Herc? Yes he can.

Eric beat Gladiator more easily than regular Thor so, I say he beats any version of Hercules

Eric beat Gladiator like Thor is able to. The powerset its the same.

The only two differences are that Eric didnt usually slugged it out with his opponents but rather used his powers more. However hes far more inexperinced. Thor usually goes the other way around until the opponents start to use theyr long range attacks like atomic/heat visions and the like.

Thats why he beat Glads faster than regular Thor did.

He sure didnt beat immortal Hercules while being mind controlled by Ares.
