man... this one i HONESTLY have no clue over. I CANNOT be biased in this once, cuz i love both chars, they are both extremely powerful, and they are both merciless (while fighting).

so, this is what i've come up with so far. Venom can probably dodge a fair portion of Megatron's attacks. Spider-man was able to trip of megatron a few moments with webbing while they fought, but the fight never got heated up to much of anything, so its impossible to base this on that fight. Now, Megatron is an alien robot that has conquered numerous planets, and it is possible he has encountered symbiotes, and knows of their weakness.

so, what do you guys think???

Dude... if venom gets within Megtron's reach Megatron will just grab him, and then blast him... Besides, how's he supposed to ACTUALLY hurt megatron ?

he can easily break through titanium doors.... i figure he can hurt megs...

My opinion, Megatron would simply blast Venom and about 4 or 5 city blocks along with him.

megatron is just to big, and plus he probably has acsess to fire

Well since Megatrons got a fusion cannon on his arm I figure he won't have much trouble with Venom

I think Venom would manuever his way to Megatrons back, and then just start ripping him apart while hanging on his back...

Venom's too fast...

hummm... but mega could transform and prob squash him or something...ahh donno....Optimus prime has a hard time with him.

megatron would just lash him with his particle disruptor beam, and step on whats left of him and thats it for venom.

megatron 10/10.... nothing venom can do and im a serious venom fan.... lets just give venom some faith and say he CAN dodge the fusion cannon... the explosion will level a city and if he dodged it by say a few feet or maybe even a mile.... he dead... OR megatron links his cannon to a personal black hole and blows up most of hte planet...

Seriously though. G1 Megatron can drain power from a BLACK HOLE to amp up his cannon. He takes the entire planet out and laughs all the way back to cybertron.

I wasn't being serious...

if the fight begins with Venom behind Megatron and sneaking up onto him, then it lasts until Megatron grabs Venom.

otherwise, Megatron just blasts the whole vicinity of Venom and ends it in a few seconds.


10/10 for Megatron.

Megatron is simply too much for Venom to handle.

Seeing as how Megatron's survived falling into volcanos and being hit by a nuke, I'd say there's not much Venom can do to him, and since his blasts can level a city block when he's not drawing power from a black hole, I'd say he takes it. This coming from a Venom fan (and Megatron as well).

Venom would try the same thing Spidey did..web him.

Then after he sees Megs pissed off..he'd run away.

Venom is class 20. Megtron assuming he's equal with Optimus Prime can lift just under 2000 tons. Can you see the strength difference? Megatron once took everything the Us army had to offer minus nukes and got bored and walked off. They're in different leagues.
