Since post-Onslaught Hercules is weaker than regular Hercules, Juggernaut wins.

Post-Onslaught Hercules was a Herclues stripped of his immortality, and about a quarter of his strength. He was around level 75-80 for strength. Normal Hercules is around class 100, but as he's a godly prince of power, they can't ever really put a limit on it. Sending Bishop through a wall is all well and good, but lifting up Manhattan is better.
