not sure how many will be familiar with grendel - super assassin type from dark horse and comico (i think) - had a classic confrontation with bats. bats took him down but it was a great (maybe my favourite?) crossover. he's immensely intelligent, a shade below bats level hand to hand and one all around dangerous sob.
frankly, this is a complete toss up in my book (and one of the closest match ups i can think of). love to hear what some people familar with grendel think.
