Frankin Richards created a pocket universe, not a universe and for all we know it was just an astral reality that existed in his little blue ball, using Onslaughts new form as a portal. Wandas power touched and nearly obliterated one of the multiverses most fundamental concepts, causality. Both of them used these vast powers on a unconscious level so she would probably just trash his universe too.
