This one is tough for me. Sometimes Hulk is written where he isn't fazed by psychics or snaps out of their control quickly. If this is the case, I'll say the FF stops him.

He's not in it, but Juggernaut stops him because Juggernaut could beat ANYONE, including God and Stan Lee

Actually, if you believe the comic, Batman would stop Hulk.

Hulk gets to number 2 IMO. If he manages to get past Charley he will get stomped at 4
