Yes, Wildstorm is the current but that version of C.A has made an apperance in the normal DC universe as well (golden armor)

4. strength- his physical strength he can increase because of the quantom field can par even the likes of Superman.

5. Matter generation- Like Firestorm, Captain Atom can create matter. More amount of ways to beat the hulk

6.Enchance abilities- God Atom can increase any one of his abilities he wants through will power

7. Atomic Transmutation He can just drain the hulk's power

8. Invulnerbility. his metel skin. It's almost totally invulnerable.

so in part atom can punch hard, throw blasts hard, and rock his world. Your a complete idiot if you can't see how Hulk can't do anything to him and if batdude were here, he'd bring out all the scans he'd need to. he has done it before

I don't see Hulk touching atom. Atom draws power at will and he can summon enough to litterly obliterate him. Leave no trace of his matter. Atom would just need the distance which wouldn't be hard to obtain under the circumstances
