This is a tough one, both are Multiversal characters.

I'd have to say that Ion takes the majority though 6/10

I would give it too Abraxas 7/10

Okay what Parallax did was see and effect all different timelines that made up hypertime.

It may count, I'm just not sure.

Abraxas wins. He pretty much knocks Ion around and then blows him into oblivion.

Love Ion, just don't see any way in HELL he could win
