Black Panther with his armor and the Ebony Blade (as seen in the latest issue that came out today) take on Deadpool in NYC, no prep

Does Deadpool get his weapons? teleporter?

I'm inclined to say Panther wins by knocking Wade out. Good match up though. They fought ages ago when Deadpool took on the Avengers (back when Triathlon first joined) but there was no clear winner cos I think Wade did a runner

yes he gets weapons but I will have to say teleporter is limited to one every 30 sec, he cant go nightcrawler on him
