What if cyclops and blackbolt was going around killing people, they were basically villians. Then lets say that the jla and avenger stepped in front of them prepared to take them out and cyclops turns to blackbolt and says "well since we're about to go out lets go out fighting" and they turn to the team and black bolt uses his full scream to the max and cyclops uses his optic blast to the max that was stated to turn a mountain to rubble, for a complete minute. Who would be standing to fight and take down the duo.

Jla team:

Superman
Wonderwoman
martian manhunter
orion (without the motherbox)
flash (he also gets hit with the combine might of both blasts)
green lantern
hawk girl

Avengers team

Thor
Wonderman
Hulk
Vision
Iron man
Namor

Is the assumption that the JLA and Avengers won't dodge or strike back?
