It tends to vary a lot. He once knocked a guy who could hold his own in a fight against both Thor and She-Hulk when Danny himself was relatively weakened.

At another time, he hit Luke Cage with his strongest punch and Cage just shrugged it off.

I haven't been to up to date on his current run though, so something may have changed recently that I'm not aware of.

At the moment he seems to be developing more powers as opposed to increasing the power of his Iron-fist, although, for all I know, his Iron-Fist could have gotten stronger

Iron Fist did knock out a drunken mortal Hercules with a single blow
