spiderman alone would probably give those two trouble alone with doc they win.

Spiderman rampages - Ock brings the car around

Team 1 as long as Doc Ock takes on DD and Spiderman takes on Bullseye. Spiderman will have an easier time dodging Bulleye's thrown weapons, and his Spidersense will enable him to weave a path through them, till he gets in close, then 1 punch and its lights out for Bullseye. Doc Ock should at least stalemate Daredevil who will quicly find himself outnumbered and the combo of Spidey and Dock Ock will be way too much for him. If Dock Ock takes on Bullseye at the start Bullseye could score some damaging hits, as Ock hasn't got the reflexes and agility to avoid everything thrown his way. His arms would deflect some but not all. Still if Ock gets close enough for Bully to be within range of his arms then Bully is toast. Spiderman takes DD 1 on 1
