All the gls has the same power it's just that some of them can use it better going by the previous corps 1 guardian can impower a 100 gls.

Guardian wins. They all have the same power but most have shitty willpower and can easily be oneshotted. Again what did one guardian do that was impressive in the sinestro corps arc. There was a bunch of them and they still accomplished little to nothing.
